Although Pegasis was once one of the better parts of the metal series, it has aged badly as far as the series is concerned. 105 and F are still usable, but they are no longer the most efficient parts for [[Attack]] types. There is very little reason to purchase this Beyblade anymore, aside from collection purposes.

Note: This article was written near the release of Metal Fight Beyblade and must be updated. Please do not take all of the information here as the truth, as they had not been tested as extensively then as they have been now, and the uses of their parts have changed since their original release. Updates will be posted on the main page when completed.

Pegasis is one of the first four Metal Fight Beyblades released, and it is part of the Horoscope Series along with Leone, Bull, and Sagittario.

Face

The face on this Beyblade depicts a Pegasus.

Wheel

  • Design change: The original design of Pegasis (seen below) was changed to the current design (above) sometime before the launch of Metal Fight Beyblade. No official statement was made, but the Beyblade community has speculated that it was because of probable breakage problems with each section on the Wheel.
  • Weight: 36 Grams
  • Maximum Outer Diameter: Close Approximate 44.40 Millimeters
  • Maximum Height: Close Approximate 12.16 Millimeters

The Pegasis wheel was originally one of the strongest parts when the MFB lineup was originally released. Its original design appeared extremely offensive, but it was later changed to the above design (see above), which was better suited for stamina and defense. The Pegasis wheel has since been vastly bettered by multiple wheels for both defensive and stamina purposes, leaving little reason to buy this blade other than for collectors purposes.

Track: 105 (10.5mm)

  • Weight: 1 Gram
  • Height (True): 10.34 Millimeters

This is the third lowest Track currently available. Pegasis does not have problems scraping the stadium floor when in balance with this Track.

Bottom: Flat

  • Weight: 1 Gram
  • Height: 8.93 Millimeters
  • Tip Width: 4.08 Millimeters

The Flat Bottom has a flat tip, which gives it an offensive movement pattern. It is the equivalent of Flat Core (HMS) or SG Flat (Plastic).

Other Versions

  • Pegasis 105F (Prototype) - BB-00 Pegasis Prototype
  • Pegasis 145D - BB-05 Booster Pegasis 145D
  • Pegasis 145SF - Random Booster Vol.1 Secret Aries (Red)
  • Pegasis 145F - Random Booster Vol.1 Secret Aries (Green)
  • A purple Pegasis Wheel was distributed to some Japanese beybladers by the WBBA after they collected a certain amount of points/cards. The beyblade's Face is black with the WBBA's logo in gold.

Overall

Although Pegasis was once one of the better parts in the Metal Fight Beyblade system, it has aged badly as far as the series is concerned. 105 and F are still usable, but they are no longer the most efficient parts for Attack types. There is very little reason to purchase this Beyblade anymore, aside from collection purposes.
